Camp AweSum Youth camp is a residential summer camp for children on the Autism Spectrum. Camp AweSum will provide an opportunity for children with Autism to experience a residential summer camp. You will gain hands-on experience working with these children while using visual schedules, environmental supports, Social Stories, and individual communication systems within the framework of Positive Behavioral Support.

Camp AweSum is a respect-based, punishment-free environment. We operate under the philosophy that children will do well if they can, therefore they are supported to be successful.

You will share in the campers' joy and excitement as they learn new skills, gain confidence in being away from home, and develop lifelong friendships.
